Camp Rainbow (Age 3-Through Entering Kindergarten) offers all

the fun of day camp in a half-day format designed specifically for

preschoolers. Children explore the world through performing and

visual arts, field trips and beach days, stories and music, active

play, organized swim lessons and time to play with friends.

Campers will love spending the summer in this fun-filled, nurturing

learning environment.

Camp WaNaGo

Camp WaNaGo (Entering Grades 1-5) is designed around

school aged campers and their interests. It is truly the camp

where children want to go every day to experience incredible

field trips, swimming lessons, beach days, library adventures,

interest groups, and creative classroom and outdoor activities.

Our Camp WaNaGo allows children to gain a better understanding

of themselves and the world around them while building lasting

friendships.

Extended AM : 7 - 9 AM (breakfast included) Extended PM : 4 – 6:15 PM $25 each

Summer Adventure Club

Summer Adventure Club (Entering Grades 6-9) is a great place for middle-school youth to learn about staying active and developing friendships, self-confidence, and skills they’ll carry with them throughout their lives. Unique learning and leadership opportunities are offered through weekly field trips and special events, as well as swim lessons, physical activities, community service projects and so much more! Campers will also participate in the Y’s new MetaMedia program.

Monday - Friday Hours Per Week

Professionally Trained Staff Our caring counselors receive over 40 hours of training prior to the first day of camp. Our staff is trained in CPR, First Aid, and AED.

Field Trips The McGaw Y Day Camps offer unique opportunities to explore new places and enjoy new experiences.

We offer summer day camps for a variety of age groups. Please refer to the camp listings for a detailed description of the activities, dates, times and fees.

Week Dates Themes Swimming Campers partake in weekly swim lessons with certified swim instruc-tors. Also, on beach days, children are closely supervised by our staff as well as trained lifeguards.

Registration DetailsCamp registration requires a non-refundable $25 deposit per child per week. Wait lists are started when a camp is filled. There is no fee to get on a wait list, but if your child is offered a spot in camp, the regular deposit will be due immediately, or full payment if the due date has passed. Deposits may be transferred for the same participant from one week to another at no charge through March 31, 2015. Beginning April 1, 2015 deposits may no longer be transferred, and a new deposit will be required if you wish to transfer to a different week of camp.

Registration Details

Scholarships A limited number of scholarships are available on a first-come, first-served basis. To apply, you must complete all three of the following steps:

Payment DetailsFull payment for each session is due on the due dates listed below. The balance due can be automatically drafted from your checking account or credit card. After the final balance due date, camp fees are not refundable.

1. Complete a scholarship application and include it with your registration form (these forms are available at the Children’s Center front desk)2. Include your most recent Federal 1040 Income Tax Form3. Include at least 50% of the regular camp deposit or $12.50 per week per child
