Life in EastbourneMartello Court is located in the historic seaside resort of Eastbourne close to the beach, seafront and Victorian pier. The town centre is approximately a mile from the development and has a plethora of shops to cater for your everyday needs. There is a selection of popular High Street names such as Marks & Spencer, plus a variety of independent shops and restaurants including banks, post office, doctors and dentist.

Eastbourne is situated on the South Coast between Newhaven and Hastings on the A22. Close by are the A27 and A21 arterial roads connecting Eastbourne to Brighton and Worthing to the West and Royal Tunbridge Wells to the north and Hastings to the East.
On the cultural front Eastbourne is served well and has four theatres, Victorian pier and a host of nature trails across the South downs taking in the famous Seven Sisters Country Park and Beachy Head.

From the West (Brighton and Worthing) Follow the A27 coast road signposted Eastbourne and Hastings. When you get to Eastbourne follow the A2270 Eastbourne, Polegate and Willingdon. Once in Eastbourne follow the A259 Town Centre and Seaford. At Station Road take the 2nd exit onto Southfields Road. Bear left onto Grove Road. At the crossroads continue on Grange Road then turn left onto Jevington Gardens.
From the North (Tunbridge Wells) Follow the A26 Lewes, Crowborough, Uckfield and Haywards Heath. At the Black Down Roundabout, follow the A22 to Polegate services. Follow the A22 Eastbourne Town Centre and Pevensey Bay A259. At the Seaside Roundabout follow the A259 Town Centre. Turn left onto Marine Parade Road. Turn left onto Colonade Road. Turn right onto Marine Parade and follow to Grand Parade. Turn right onto Jevington Gardens.
From the East (Hastings and Rye) Follow the A259 Brighton and Eastbourne then Pevensey Bay, Stone Cross and Westham. Continue onto Sea Road. Turn left onto Marine Parade Road. Turn left onto Colonade Road. Turn right onto Marine Parade and follow to Grand Parade. Turn right onto Jevington Gardens.
