Marketing ConcentrationDescriptionThe marketing concentration prepares students forcareers as sales and marketing professionals. Studentsstudy domestic and global demand patterns, pricing,promotions, consumer and market research, profes-sional selling, electronic marketing methods, andmarketing strategy.

General Business StudiesProgram DescriptionThe Bachelor of Arts in General Business Studies(GBS) degree completion program has been designedfor mid-career, working professionals, executives,administrators, managers and business own-ers/entrepreneurs with a minimum of two years ofcollege course work in general education and busi-ness administration or related discipline (72 semestercredits). Course work within the degree programincludes business essentials, communications andculture, strategic marketing, human resource man-agement, economics and forecasting, accounting andfinance, ethical and legal issues, and special topics inbusiness administration.

Organizational Manage-ment & LeadershipProgram Description

The Reinhardt Advantage Program in OrganizationalManagement & Leadership is 48-semester hour de-gree completion program. It produces graduates whopossess the needed skills and theoretical backgroundto be effective in leadership related positions in cor-porate and non profit governmental organizationalenvironments impacted by the dynamics of social,cultural and market place changes. (Degree not of-fered on the Main Campus.)

This interdisciplinary degree also provides the appro-priate background for those students wishing to at-tend graduate programs in leadership, business, pub-lic administration and other social science disciplines.

Public Safety Leadership Option inOrganizational Leadership

This degree completion program is specifically de-signed for law enforcement, fire department, andemergency medical professionals seeking a degreecompletion program in leadership. It combines corecourses in organizational leadership with coursesspecifically designed for this target audience.

Admission requirements

General Admission Requirements for the Bachelor ofArts in Organizational Management & Leadershipdegree program and in General Business Studies in-clude the following:

1. A minimum of two years full or part-time equiv-alent work experience.

2. A minimum of60 semester credit hours of trans-fer credit from an accredited institution, profes-sionally recognized college or university, or acombination of college credit and credit earnedthrough national testing programs (a maximumof72 credit hours can transfer into this program).

3. A cumulative grade point average of2.5 on a 4.0scale of all attempted collegiate work. An appli-cant that does not meet the 2.5 G.P.A. require-ment may be admitted on a probationary basisfor one semester.

4. English, Math and Communications require a Cor better.

5. Course work with grades of D will be acceptedfor transfer credit providing the applicant has ob-tained an associate or bachelor degree.

6. A maximum of 3 semester credit hours for phys-ical education activity courses will be acceptedfor transfer credit.

7. Official transcripts from all institutions attended.
