I understand by the nature of the activity there is a possibility of accident and assume the risk and responsibility while attending the McCook Community College Sports Camp. I, as parent/guardian of a minor student, permit emergency care to be administered to her as deemed necessary by the MCC Camp staff. I will allow the involved hospital and/or doctor to administer the required treatment of the emergency condition. I also understand that all incurred costs are my personal responsibility and that McCook Community College does not have insurance coverage for injuries to sport camp participants.

Camp players may choose to bring their own lunch or purchase their lunch from the concessions for the day-long camps.

Coach Hayley KobzaHead Volleyball Coach at McCook Community College

Coach Kobza is a Nebraska native where she played volley-ball and graduated from Her-shey High School. After high school she was offered a schol-arship to play for Southwestern Oklahoma State University.

Coach Kobza has 7 years of coaching experience and working in the education field. Not only has she coached college volleyball, but she has coached many different levels and ages in the sport. Her coaching experience began as the Head Volleyball Coach at a 5A high school in Weatherford, Oklahoma. She then went on to be the Head Coach for OK Charge 13s, Head Coach at Ranger College, Head Coach for Stephen-ville Heat 15s, and Head Volleyball Coach for Urban Volleyball Club 16s & 18s.
