1 Munich Business Training The training company MBT-A002-en-10.2015 BUSINESS WARGAMING COMPETENT, EFFICIENT, SUCCESSFUL The Business Wargaming concept of the Munich Business Training Academy is a modular con- cept which takes you through a crash workshop or a full-day Intensive Workshop with the purpose of analyzing and understanding the current and future moves of your market. You also learn to understand the strengths and weaknesses of your competitor strategy and your own possible strategy gaps. Furthermore, the Business War- gaming concept shows you how to prevent your company from taking wrong action based on incomplete or wrong evaluation of your compet- itors. In this Business Wargaming programme, you will perform and analyze possible future scenarios of your company and product portfolio including the classic SWOT-Analysis, or, if needed, the Busi- ness Model Canvas-Analysis. Business Wargam- ing is a method of strategic simulation where you put yourself, for a defined period, in the position of your competitor. This allows you, in a protect- ed environment, to test and challenge your own strategy, including future scenarios and product launches. You will detect risks and traps in a very efficient way and you can directly eliminate them before they interfere with your business. One of the targets of the workshop is to under- stand your competitors, their products and unique selling points in a more holistic way. We also want to show you how to find out if your competitor could be developing something new for his prod- uct pipeline, or what his next campaign could be. To run the above mentioned scenarios, the work- shop group will be divided into three teams, the Company Team, a Competitor Team and the Market Team. THE COMPANY TEAM Represents your own company with the current strategy, product and service portfolio. THE COMPETITOR TEAM Represents your direct competitors. This team puts themselves in the position of your compet- itor in order to challenge your strategy, and in or- der to get a different view of your company. THE MARKET TEAM Represents the market, possible customer and external parties which are observing and eval- uating the different strategies and offerings. At the end of the session, this team will decide on the market shares of the competing companies based on evaluation and performance. With regards to your competition, you run your strategy through the paces with us, risk-free in a protected environment. During the workshop, you will gain initial knowledge of C.I. (Competitive In- telligence). At the end, the ideal outcome of the
