    True & False. While most people in the country start as a recruiter, we believe Recruitment is aspecialization. Something like a Doctor. If you are a specialist then not only are yourecognized better but also earn better.

    Provide end to end recruitment solution to our clients which include understand theJob Description, source right candidates form job portals and other social net worksite, by head hunting from other corporate, conduct telephonic interview, salarynegotiation with client and candidates and last placement of candidates.

    Coordinate & Follow up with client for feed back with regards to placement ofcandidates as well as generate new requirements.Coordinate with multinational and other corporate for business development andgeneration of new business opportunity and business tie up. Also need to attendseveral corporate meets, social gathering and events time to time.Create new opportunity which can help in diversion into recruitment businessConduct survey / create blogs and explore all opportunity which can buildcompany its brand name.Developed overseas recruitment business which we plan to start from 1 st June 2010
