Players having the career FIDE rating of 1599) & below for the last 3 years (since April 2016) are

only allowed to participate in this event.

All Players Rs. 4900/- (Including lodging for three nights on dormitory/triple sharing basis)

Entry for NDCA registered players: Rs. 4400/- (No lodging will be provided)

Players of all Categories will get Rs. 400 discounts in entry fee, if they pay the

entry fee before 31th. March 2019.

A discount of Rs.1900 in entry fee will be granted to all P.C. VISU. Challenged (60

%+) and Veterans above the age of 55. This discount will be available up to 31th

March-2019.

Players can avail one discount only.

No request towards waiver of entry fee will be entertained.

The last date of entry: 15th April- 2019

Entries with late fee of Rs. 500 up to 20th April 2019

Please note that this entry fee structure is valid only until 15th.April- 2019. Thereafter till 20th April 2019 the participants will have to pay Rs. 500/- extra. Entries will also be accepted at the venue till 08:00 P.M. on 26th. April 2019 with a late fee of Rs. 1,000/-. No request towards waiver of entry fee or waiver of late fee will be entertained.

Entry Form

It is mandatory to forward the entry form in the given format for accepting the entries along with prescribed entry fee. The organizing Committee has the right to accept or reject any entry without assigning any reason.

AICF Registration: All Indian players must be registered with AICF for the year 2019-20 before the registration Deadline to participate in the tournament. All players are to forward AICF registration ID along with entry. Those who not registered with AICF, required to do AICF registration

online at www.aicf.in before sending their entry registration.

Electronic Devices All electronic items including wrist watches (all type of watches) are not allowed in the tournament hall.

Players who require accommodation are to report at Hotel SIMHAPURI , Railway Station Rd,

Nellore (Opposite to Nellore Railway Station and Near Atmakuru Bus stand) as per

arrival schedule.

The tournament will be conducted as per FIDE Laws of Chess and FIDE Swiss System with 9 rounds. Time Control: 30 Minutes plus 30 second increment from move 1. Default Time (Walk over Time): The default time will be 15 minutes

In case of a tie, the latest FIDE Rules shall come in to effect. The Cash prizes however will not be shared.

ACCOMMODATION

1. Please select your choice of roommates for triple sharing accommodation free of charges from confirmed list of players with mutual consent.

3.If the player want to stay with guardian in double occupancy (Option 1: (A.C. Room) Rs. 4000/- & Option 2: (Non A.C.) Rs. 2000) for entire duration of stay.

1* Please select your choice of roommates for triple sharing/dormitory accommodation free of charges from confirmed list of players with mutual consent. Please note you can select only players, who are playing both Open & B-1600.

2*.If the player want to stay with guardian in double occupancy Both tournaments (Option 1: (A.C. Room, 8 nights) Rs. 9000/- & Option 2: (Non A.C. 8 nights) Rs. 5000) for entire duration of stay. .

General Instructions: -

1. The rooms with option facilities are limited in number and will be allotted on first cum first serve basis.

2. Players need to pay the amount in advance to the FAYAZ CHESS ACADEMY account by NEFT and confirm the same by email.

3. In case you are not opted any above options, the organizing committee will allot the rooms on first cum first serve basis as per the hotel status and choice of roommates will not be feasible.

4. As a courtesy, if the player is not availing the accommodation, kindly informs

us the same in advance by email.
