represents you as an artist and an instructor• Familiarize yourself with teaching trends,
breakthroughs and concerns

Making contact (when you’re ready)• Contact the correct staff person. (research!)• Express your interest in teaching and very
briefly explain your course proposal idea.• Ask for a meeting.
