Veridian IPAOn Draft at DaVinci’s | ABV: 6.0% | IBU: 69A balanced American IPA. Smooth, light maltiness, with a touch of honey and granola. Hops are vibrant and bracing, yet light on the palate. Lemon peel, tropical fruit, and spruce dominate the bouquet.
Rainbow Chard Ravioli – Sautéed rainbow chard & mushrooms in a basil pesto cream sauce with rainbow chard, spinach & ricotta stuffed ravioli topped with goat cheese.
Farro Salad – Arugula, Kalamata olives, roasted red peppers, Feta cheese, herbed Farro & capers tossed with white zinfandel vinaigrette
Arugula Salad – Fresh mozzarella, grape tomatoes, prosciutto & avocado on a bed of arugula
Making a comeback is Grilled Chicken Risotto – Lemon-herb risotto with grilled chicken, corn, bell peppers, asparagus & wilted arugula.
Another comeback is our Grilled Lobster Pizza. This was a hit as a special last August and
used lightly grilled pizza dough topped with fontina and mozzarella, fresh Maine lobster, bell peppers, tarragon, grilled corn & fresh asparagus.
The grilled dough will also be used for our Barbecue Chicken Pizza – The grilled dough really brings this pizza to another level!
We also have three new pizzas making their debut:
Sicilian Meatball – DaVinci’s homemade meatballs, fresh basil, crushed red pepper, pizza sauce, fresh mozzarella and Asiago
Pesto Chicken – Basil pesto, chicken, roasted tomatoes, red onions and fresh mozzarella
Mushroom Herb – Mushrooms, red onions, herbed mascarpone cheese and Gorgonzola
Join us on Thursday, May 15 as we help Smuttynose Brewery launch their newest
year-round beer, “Bouncy House IPA”, with a Flight Night.
A brewer representative from Smuttynose Brewery and Central Distributors' Craft Beer Manager Matthew Bolduc will be on hand to talk to you about the beers, the brewing process, and anything else you’d like to talk about over a pint or flight.
Joining Bouncy House for the Flight Night will be:
• Old Brown Dog – An American Brown Ale at 6.7% ABV and a Beer Advocate (BA) score of 88 (very good).
Compared to a typical English Brown Ale, Old Brown Dog is fuller-bodied and more strongly hopped.
• Wheat Wine – 10.7% ABV and a BA score of 86 (very good). This is a unique hybridization of two well-known beer styles, combining the rich taste
of a traditional barleywine with the subtle, tart flavors of an American wheat ale, and a healthy dose of crisp, herbaceous hops.
• Robust Porter – An American Porter at 6.2% ABV and a BA Score of 93 (outstanding). This hearty, mahogany colored ale is brewed to evoke the dark, full-bodied ales that were a favorite of dockworkers and warehousemen.
