May Newsletter Green Valley Hospital Opening! Green Card Fund is excited to announce the phased opening of Green Valley Hospital beginning in June 2015. Pima County Development Services issued the Certificate of Occupancy for the Project on May 5, 2015 - allowing the hospital to have employees and members of the public in the building. Located at 4455 S. Interstate 19 Frontage Road , the hospital is about 30 miles south of downtown Tucson, AZ. It will serve approximately 50,000 residents in and around Green Valley and Sahuarita, which is home to many retirees. EB-5 investment in the Project has created a significant economic impact in the area, resulting in new job creation and a wider range of service and amenities for residents of the area. It drew an estimated 3,500 visitors and featured a tour giving members of the public views of operating rooms, the Emergency Room, patient rooms, cafeteria, gift shop, and other public areas of the hospital. Many department directors were on hand to answer questions. A Sahuarita woman was admitted as the first patient after its opening on the following Tuesday. Marriott Foundation Work Completed
Located in the CBD of Phoenix, AZ in Luhrs CityCenter, the Luhrs Marriott hotel has completedfoundation work and obtained the final Building Permitfrom the City of Phoenix. The Pad Certification Letterhas been granted to the project after completion ofshoring/excavation/tie-backs. Vertical construction isin preparation, including steel, concrete, electricity,plumbing, glass, and elevators. The project locationhas also renewed its Targeted Employment Area
