Heavenly Father,

Open our eyes and show us the

areas of life that do not please you and

give us the strength, grace and wisdom

to remove any sin or weight that would

prevent your close fellowship. Claim in every way the

victory of the cross over all evil forces in life. Pray in

the name of the Lord Jesus Christ with thanksgiving

and welcome all the ministry of the Holy Spirit.

“For the Spirit God gave us does make us

timid, but gives us power, love and self-discipline.”

2 Timothy 1:7. Therefore, resist the spirit of fear, in

the name of Jesus, the Son of the Living God. “I have

given you authority to trample on snakes and

scorpions and to overcome all the power of the enemy;

nothing will harm you. However, do not rejoice that

the spirits submit to you, but rejoice that your names

are written in heaven.” Luke 10:19-20

Salvation is a gift from God. We can never

make up for our sin by self-improvement or good

works. Only by trusting in Jesus Christ can we be

saved from sin's penalty. Eternal life begins the

moment we come to the saving knowledge of Jesus

Christ as the only Lord and Savior of our life. (Romans

5:1, 6:23, 10:9; Ephesians 1:13, 2:8-9; John 11:25, 14:6;

1:12, Galatians 2:20, 3:26)

God has given you, what you need for life and godliness of

whatever you are doing and where ever you are at, nothing can

stop us from serving our Lord, spreading His Word and growing

the kingdom of God.

Congratulations to senior Catherine Hudson.

Catherine will be attending

Sam Houston State University in Huntsville. She will be

seeking a degree in

Music Therapy.

TR1BE has been cancelled for this year, and is

rescheduled for 2021 in Louisville, KY. Salt and Light will look different this fall.

Hello everyone!! I miss seeing all your beautiful faces!! This is a crazy time

in our lives for sure, but I know it will all be o.k. in God’s perfect timing.

Hopefully you have seen some of my crazy videos on FB or your parents phone. I have been having fun sending you challenges to do a couple of times a week. One thing that I want to encourage you to do even without a challenge is to

memorize scripture!!!! Do you know that I can say scripture that I learned in 1st grade??!! And I am really old! Haha! So please spend some time each day reading

and learning God’s Word. His Words are going to carry us through the rough time.
