Joys and Concerns 5
Pray For 5 We want to remember our young adults in their work and their studies.
This week we pray for Noah Chacko who has completed his first year of
Engineering at the University of Guelph and is now working at Agris. Noah
is also part of the leadership team of Verein 640.
Pray For 5 Continue to pray for the catechism class as they continue to meet on Sunday morning.
Pray For 5 We would like to express our deepest gratitude and appreciation for all of
the love, kindness, and thoughtful gestures that had been bestowed upon
all of us during the recent hospitalization and passing of our Erna.
The funeral service lifted our heavy hearts during an emotional day and the
music warmed our spirits. It was a beautiful program that captured the
essence of her gentleness and strong devotion to God. The Fellowship
meal afterwards was a wonderful mix of flowers, food and friendships. Erna
would have most definitely been smiling at the sight of it all!
Thank-you from the families of Erna Barkovsky,
Bill Konrad and Margaret Kroeker
Remembering Our Neighbours5 It is good to remember that we are all part of the large Christian fellowship.
This week, please pray for Faith Everlasting Congregational Church.
In an effort to foster community among the members of LUMC, the bulletin features a section for members to share their joys and concerns. We will remember to pray for these people in the coming week. Note: Names submitted must have the individual’s consent.
