Prayers for CAS. We praise God for Jennifer Mills who is a part time Development Assistant to Jan Zeigler, the hard working staff, parent support group services that are being offered in Wallace Court in Waynesboro, and the certification of Martha Martin as a trainer for The Front Porch Project. We also praise God for the many donations, staff, and willing volunteers who have been involved with The Lehman Center Auction.
Please pray for continuing improved health and strength for a client as she raises a child. Also pray for her son as he anticipates changes and adjustments in his life. May he sense God’s nearness and feel encouraged. Pray for the volunteers as they receive training to better share with the churches the exciting things God is doing through CAS. Pray for a willing volunteer for the Western Zone.

Moving Mountains:
A Lesson on biblical faith
New sermon series
Faith is described by the writer of Hebrews as “The assurance of things hoped for, the conviction of
things not seen” (Hebrews 11:1). He then goes on to
describe many examples where people lived by faith, believed by faith, and acted by faith. He concludes by encouraging us to lay aside everything that might keep us from having this same kind of faith (Hebrews 12:1). Biblical faith is important to the Christian. It is the very
foundation of our salvation. So I invite you to join us for a new sermon series which explores what biblical faith looks like, and how you and I can have faith to move a mountain.
