This grocery-anchored center pulled traffic from fewer census blocks during COVID than it did in 2019 in 11 out of 17 weeks. However, the severity of the trade area loss is mild, and actually pulled from more census blocks the first week of May than it did in 2019.

This may indicate people spending more time at grocery stores as they stock up on supplies -- which can help us evaluate needs around parking, programming, security etc.
