dining and our cuisine an enjoyable experience during this time of social

Georgia Club Realty has
Great News!On March 27, Fred and Melissa Fahrenbruch became the first
occupants to move in to the new Georgia Club neighborhood,
Lakewood Village.
“We were very happy with the building process. The selection of materials, colors, lighting etc. was so organized and made the process go so smooth. The extra
care and time taken by The Georgia Club Realty staff, on-site building manager Lynn Kopp and sub-contractors was impressive as they worked to make each
deadline.” There was no question left unanswered throughout the
building process. “Extra time was taken during many walk-throughs
to make sure we had things just the way we wanted it.” Throughout the seven-month process, (and all the rain), The Fahrenbruchs ended up
with their perfect house. “We are so happy with how our house turned out – it is exactly what we were hoping
for and more. We continually receive compliments on our new home and
can’t wait to meet the many new neighbors who will be joining
us soon.”– Fred & Melissa Fahrenbruch
John and Patty Holland moved in just a week later…” We’ve been
watching the Georgia Club grow for many years and have looked forward to making it our new home. From lot selection, design and construction,
we had a marvelous experience and could not be happier with the job done by the staff throughout the process. Thank you to the entire
team for our beautiful new home.” –John & Patty Holland
