OLD BUSINESS:
1. In accordance with Part 7, Section 7.10.00 of the Franklin County Subdivision
Regulations, the Westridge Neighborhood Association is requesting a Modification of
Standards of Part 3, Section 3.07.02 Streetscape Requirements of the Franklin County
Subdivision and Site Plan Regulations, to modify the street tree requirements for the
Westridge subdivision Section I and Section II located on Devils Hollow Road.

PUBLIC HEARING:
1. PUBLIC HEARING: Duloc, LLC, c/o Charles E. Jones, is requesting approval of a
zone map amendment from General Commercial “CG” District to Industrial General
“IG” District for 4.9 acres of property located at 14, 16 Reilly Road. The property is

NEW BUSINESS:
1. In accordance with the Franklin County Subdivision Site Plan Regulations, Wellington
Lane, LLC is requesting approval of an amended Final Record plat, located in plat cabinet
G Slide 350 in the office of the Franklin County Clerk, to remove the platted “future
street”. The neighborhood is located on South Benson Road. (County item)
2. In accordance with Articles 5 and 8 of the Frankfort Zoning Ordinance, White Castle
Kentucky LLC is requesting approval of an Amended Development Plan for the property
located at 448 Versailles Road. The property is more particularly described as PVA Map

3. In accordance with Article 1.09 of the Frankfort Zoning Ordinance, Islamic Center of
Frankfort c/o Ashiq M. Zaman is requesting approval of a Waiver of Article 4.06 (5) in
order to allow a “church” land use on the property located on Flynn Avenue. The property
