RE: Informal Conferences of April12, 13, and 17, 2017

Pursuant to an Order issued on April 6, 2017, an informal conference ("IC") was held at the Commission's offices in Frankfort, Kentucky, on April 12, 13, and 17, 2017. The IC was held at the joint request of Kentucky Utilities Company and Louisville Gas and Electric Company (jointly "KU/LG&E") to allow the parties an opportunity to discuss the issues and the possible resolution of issues in these non-consolidated proceedings. An attendance sheet is attached to this memo.

As a result of discussions had at the IC, all parties to these two proceedings, with the exception of Bell South Telecommunications, LLC d/b/a/ AT&T Kentucky ("AT&T") and the Kentucky Cable Telecommunications Association ("KCTA"), were able to come to an agreement resolving all issues in these two proceedings.1 KU/LG&E filed the Stipulation and Recommendation with the Commission on April 19, 2017.

There being no further discussion, the IC was then adjourned.

1 KU/LG&E, AT&T, and KCTA continued settlement discussions relating to the proposed Pole and Structure Attachment Charges Rate Schedule during an IC held on April25, 2017.
