• RBS Hong Kong issues an Import Letter of Credit (MT700) based on an LC application submitted by Applicant.
• Applicant sends the issuance request to RBS HK via MaxTrad – no communication with the program partner. • All correspondence is directly with the Applicant via MaxTrad.
