Dear colleagues,

It is always the challenge for the maxillofacial or plastic surgeons to correct the stigmata “ the cleft lip-nose deformity” on the cleft lip and cleft lip & palate patients. In this course, we would like to share and exchange our surgical techniques in cleft-rhinoplasty that we have performed in our hospital for 10 years, such as open rhinoplasty technique, harvesting of ear and septal cartilages, various types of cartilage grafts, harvesting of deep temporal fascia, and nasal dorsal augmentation either with silicone or diced cartilage. This 2 day-course will offer both 2 types, unilateral and bilateral cleft lip-nose correction.

Both young new and experienced surgeons in this cleft-rhinoplasty field would be warmly welcomed in friendly Thai atmosphere. We are looking forward for our meeting here in Bang-kok.
