Filming

For our main shots we used a Canon 550D allowing us to film clear crisp images. We mounted the camera on to a tri pod allowing us to keep the camera steady and make the trailer look professional.

We also used a Panosonic HD camcorder, allowing us to create realism and making the audience feel as if they are actually there. This can be seen during the fight scene.

ConstructionFor constructing and editing my trailer, we used a software called iMovie found on the Apple Mac’s.

This software allowed us to:• Cut and crop scenes• Speed up or slow down the clips• Create transition slides allowing for the different clips to run smoothly e.g. Fade to black• Play around with the order of the images and clips • Add audio and edit it e.g. Making it louder, muting it, fading it from one scene to the next etc.
