Parody TrailerEditing

The trailer began with slow paced editing, cutting between a couple of the featured characters. This therefore creates a calm and easy atmosphere.

Parody TrailerEditing

As the trailer built up, the editing became more fast paced creating an uneasy atmosphere and showing the audience that it is reaching its climax.

As the fight scene began the editing became a lot more choppy, cutting quickly from each angle. Therefore conveying this frantic scrap.

Parody TrailerLighting

Throughout our trailer we used soft natural lighting to compliment the characters and create this ‘glamorous’ look.

Parody TrailerSound

The non-diegetic soundtrack played throughout, is

the 80’s power ballad, Alone by Heart.

I chose this song as it would over exaggerate the emotions the characters are going through, and really fit the parody genre.
