MATTER OF LAND OF FIDAK(A TRUE CRIME)

All praises to Allah the almighty and bounteous lord here we are going to define the matter

of land of fidak in order to take away some misunderstandings from the minds of hanafis

they people claim that shia use to make blame upon abubakar that he hurted the Daughter ofRasulallah(p.b.u.h) we would like to tell them that shia has not made that tradition it is

written in your own authentic books like sahi bokhari

Ayesha reported:

After the death of Rasulallah(saww) Hazrat Fatima(sa) went to abubakar along with Abbas

ibn-e-abdulmutlib(r.a) and asked about her right the land of fidak,but abubakar replied!fidak

is not the land of yours it is actually the land of mahajareen and ansar because I have heard

from Rasulallah(saww) that we Prophets(asws) donot nominate inheritants because our

inheritance turns into sadqa.When Fatima(sa) heard these words of abubakar she went back

to her house and never talked with abubakar till her death.

Discussion about the following narration

Look at these words and read them carefully first thing which shows the crime of abubakar is

that Fatima(sa) did not talk to him till her death and remained angry with him.Second thing

the caliph of muslims claimed that Prophet(saww) said: we prophets do not leave inheritants

for our inheritance ,but if it was true that Prophet(saw) had said something like abubakar

claimed then why Fatima(sa) claimed for such thing?wasnt that saying of the holy

Prophet(saww) in the knowledge of Fatima(sa) what is the status of Fatima(sa) in knowledge

according to sunni books

Ibn-e-Abbas(ra) reported:

Prophet(saw) said: there are four ladies who are superior than the ladies of entire universe

1-Aasiya bint-e-mozaam the wife of firon 2-Maryum bint-e-imran the mother of

Jesus(p.b.u.h) 3-Khadija bint-e-khuwaild the umul momineen 4-Fatima bint-e-

Muhammad(p.b.u.h) lady of heaven,thus Fatima(sa) is superior than all these ladies in

knowledge

Now decide yourself a lady who is superior than a lady like maryum who has also been

revealed by God what would be his status hadnt she even known about usools and furuhs of

religion a greatest lady in the universe is claiming fidak is mine but abubakar is saying no

Rasulallah(saww) said against it to whom you will listen?If you are still going to accept caliph

as a true than you will have to deny Quran.Because quran tells the true way to us let us go to

the holy verse of Quran

Households are prior than mahajareen and ansarin the book of God

(Ch al Ehzaab verse no#6)

Now this verse tells us the true face of muslims first caliph who was claiming that I have

heard from Rasulallah(saww) that we Prophets do not leave inheritents behind us our

inheritence is sadqa for mahajareen and ansar but Quran is saying something totally

oppositte to the claim of caliph of muslim now this verse tells that caliph of muslims made a

lie towards Prophet(saww) two crimes have done by caliph he had taken fidak from

Fatima(sa) and made lie towards Prophet(saww)

Now let us define you from hanafi authentic book that one who makes lie towards

Prophet(saw) what would be his punishment

Abi saeed Khudri(ra) reported:

Prophet(saw) said: One who makes lie towards me so he should see his place in hell.

Another narration of Abisaeed(ra) with same words next to this narration.

As we have proved that abubakar made a lie towards Rasulallah(saww) and we also proved

that one who makes lie towards Rasulallah(saww) he is in hell now you should decide

yourself by taking yourself out of shiat and hanafiyyat for a moment and think according to

these narrations and quranic verse deos abubakar deserve to be call a muslim?

FIDAK WAS THE PROPERTY OF FATIMA(SA).

Abi saeed(ra) reported

When the verse belonging giving inheritance to nearers was revealed(ch bani Israel verse

26).The Holy Prophet immediately called her daughter Fatima(sa) and gifted her land of

fidak..

Ibn-e-Abbas(ra) narrates the same tradition

Future Crimes(Prophet(s) awared abubakar about his future crimes)

Abu nazr reported:

Prophet(saw) said: I shall take the responsbility of the martyres of ohad abubakar said!Ya

Rasulallah! Arent we their brothers?didnt we accept islam as they accepted?didnt we fight

in battles as they fought?Prophet(saww) replied yes,but I do not know what would you do

after me,abubakar started crying and said we shall live alive whatmore!

So this is the status of abubakar a criminal a liar the one who has no value near

Rasulallah(saw) even Rasulallah(saww) ignored him from shifaat because of his future crimes

as we proved from authentic ahl-e-sunnat books..

Last Words.

We did never want to hurt anybody in religional discussions but infact the evils of today who

are making propogandas against shiat it is actually for their treatment
