Selection Chart for Machine Installed Plate Fastener

The U30-System is the safest and longest lasting Mechanical Lacing System in the world. Its outstanding features are:

Press fit of spring steel staple

Plate compressed into the belt with up to 4 tons force

(vice like effect)

Staple guarded by forged pocket

Cold forged plate w. loop for highest strengths

High Wear Resistant

Chromium Steel

The S30S-System is used in applications where higher corrosion is a problem. In comparison to U30, the S30S has stainless steel staples.

The E30-System is used in applications were it’s necessary to change splices frequently. In comparison to U30, the E30 has special steel staples and carbon steel plates.
