• Remember in the previous parts of the question, we removed the x1 and x3 variables, leaving us with only x2.

• I will use Stat >> Regression >> Regression again, modeling y as the Response, x2 as the predictor and inputting 3 in the “Prediction intervals for new observations” box and making sure the confidence is correct in the Options area (Screenshots follow)

Why did we use only the “3” from the problem? Because that is the only one that mattered – 3 bedrooms since we determined that we were only modeling x2
