1. What does AIESEC mean to you? What has changed in you since you joined AIESEC?

For me AIESEC is „global student company” that bring positive changes to ourselves and to global community. It has several platforms to fulfill its goals, vision and BHAG. I really appreciate this organization because my attitude was changed, and I'm totally different person than I was one year before. If I would talk about specific changes than the main feature that changed in my life so I would mention laziness. Nowadays I'm almost perfectly organized person thanks to trainings that I attended during national and local conferences. The next thing I've learned during my AIESEC way is team management. Maybe one project is not as good as somebody would expect from person that says about learning team management skills but I'm good in keeping in my mind my BCP and GCP. I'm sure that future project that would be managed by me would be the perfect one. This is the short example of my changed features. I'm really thankful that somebody told me about this organization in the past. Why? Because I could write a book about “what has changed in myself during my AIESEC way”. 2. What attitudes should leader in AIESEC present ? What would be the characteristics of a perfect leader? Which of them do you posses, and on which you still have to work? I think that the most important feature for every leader is ability to engage members into his project. Its crucial to engage members because thanks to engagement we could keep satisfying retention of our TMP and encourage than to take part in leaders commission which is essential in TMP to TLP programme. Secondly, I think that responsibility is necessary to show others that you really care about this organization. There is one feature which I consider close to sellings process. Leader have to believe in what he does, otherwise he wont do things the best way possible. This kind of person should also be outgoing. It is essential to create integrated team, where members could feel like having fun. As my present project becomes to the end I have to say that I know how to engage members into project. What is more I realized my true goal during this 5 months and it is to involve OC into as many activities as possible. I'm sure that I'm outgoing. The main disadvantage and characteristic on which I should work is responsibility. Sometimes I miss the things I should do. 3. What is and what should be the role of EB? What will be Your role in LC life as a part of EB team? Despite all that paper work to MC and general assembly, Executive Board members have always been a role models during my AIESEC way, in my opinion we have to keep this image. What is more has an opportunity to amend and modify the way LC goes. As for me the main goal of EB in this term is to engage as many people as possible to TMP and TLP programmes. It's crucial during this term to have and exact number of human resources as we have to achieve our exchange and financial purpose. Every field depends on human resources. The next thing is to act responsibly during whole term. If I become future EB in term 13/14 I will still care about sellings and human resources even if I could be responsible for different field. I will continue bringing possitive changes to ones life and to our committee. What is more I want to have at least 2 trainings that I could show during conferences. 4. Imagine, that you can make three changes in our Local Committee Łódż, what would it be and why? Draw main strategies of introducing those changes. Firstly and for sure most important thing is to find new office. Its basically easy I think, we just have to visit some departments and talk about advantages for them. Secondly we should modify Reward & Recognition system. People who perform much better than another should be given the better reward but the avarge amount of bailout should be 100zł. Than if somebody deserve to be punished for his performance will lose some part of bailout for the one that performs better than avarge. I would like to bring changes into recruitment process. We should work on it for the whole term, for example use our committee t-shirts from time to time or organize class shouts more frequently(not only during recruitment time).

5. What are your personal values (min.4) Give examples when you have behaved according to those values. empathic– I've followed this value since I started my project. helpful – my OC and other coordinators could always count on me. inspiring – during my AIESEC way I successfully inspired at least 3 beings. responsible – I take care of tasks that I have to care about 6. well prepared transition 7. How do you as an AIESECer have an impact on the society? Give at least three examples of how you were an agent of positive changes. Maybe I haven't got an impact on whole society, well for sure for my surroundings. My friends listens about AIESEC every day so that they are more vulnerable for our recruitment process. My project is also referred to student. I consider this project life changing for me, my OC and participants. Especially for participants because they could find an opportunity to find a place for self-development. The last thing in my AIESEC way was influence on committee. Every day I try to deepen my knowledge and what goes after share it with others. For example I try to prepare as much trainings as it's possible. 8. What would be 3 priorities for finance area in LC Łódź in the upcoming term? Describe why. I think that the most necessary priority is to assure financial stability for our committee. We can consider 2 crucial factors in our LC, finances and human resources. Without them we cant achieve our goals. Another one is to assure self-financing of every project. This is strongly connected with 1

st priority. If is would happen

we shouldn't have problems with financial stability. The last factor building proper basis in case to make successor work easier and transition process easier. 9. Suggest three solutions for keeping the highest retention rate from TMP to TLP. What retention rate would you suggest as our goal? We should ask ourselves, what I would expect from such an organization while joining it. The time from first conference to leaders commission application is crucial in this process. If we fulfill ones expectations during this time so we achieve higher possibility that person will be engaged with AIESEC for longer term. Another factor I would like to care about are leaders. They should track their OC as much as possible. Sometimes OC doesn't read e-mails so often. If we consider this as common occurrence so that's the way to solve our problems. LCVP TM or his/her cordinators should track OCP's. There should be also cordinator responsible for external trainings. Our partners could train OC during conferences or ever their OC term. It's catchy because this is what people expect. In my opinion that's the way to keep expected retention. For me its around 80%.

10. How would you like to implement Reward and Recognition system inside project? Suggest at least two solutions and time line for implementation. Reward and recognition is something that we are missing in our committee. As I said before about bailout. We should really take care about it. And it has to be changed in the way I've described before. I would like to focus on inside R&R that would be covered from LC founds. First of all there would be just 2 rewards of this kind. This person will be honoured on LC Łódź gmail group and will acquire the possibility to have an influance on his/her career path. What is more this person will meet with possibility to choose one of few prizes for example discount for conference, AIESEC gadgets or even help in preparing own training. This would be half term reward. Next one is end term reward. This would be very formidable, and will be lead to 4-5 persons. They will have an opportunity to take part in trainings with EB members. 11. How would you improve cooperation with student organizations. Please point specific steps that have to be undertaken highlighting the sequence of the actions. To become 5

th step organization we have to cooperate with other ones. In my opinion its basically easy. We

just have to introduce one simple tool, which is conversation. First of all we should threat them the same as business partners, ask them about their expectations, need, fears and so on. Afterwards we should ask ourselves what we could offer. Than we should prepare proposal for them. As we are huge organization so that we have a lot to tender. 12. Analyze the following areas and suggest 2 ideas how to improve them:local partners, product portfolio, market research and segmentation, sales tools (including local sales tracking tool, CRM, project report), alumni relations, delivery of national projects (Career Days, Youth To Business Forum, Ambassador Program) Local partners

We have to search for real ones.

If we want to sell our product in transformational form we have to divide our portfolio into sections in case of sending an offer that company expects.

We should create one that consists informations about every project. Market Research and Segmentation.

we have to adapt them to our market 13. What should be the focus of the ER area for the term 13/14 to ensure financial stability of

the Local Committee? LCVP ER should head for searching local partners. To ensure financial stability it's crucial to train our sellers properly. LCVP should only manage sales. For me the most important in this area is to work with the right persons. Market research has to be prepared from term to term to strive for excelence on it and just add new ones. Nowadays selling projects lose a lot time for preparing new MR, while they could contact companies. Also this area should cooperate with others so that AIESEC could gain brief look on what to do during the middle of term. 14. Our goal for Q3 in iGCDP is 40. How are you going to ensure fulfillment of this goal, describe at least 3 strategies. We have something planned so now its time to undertake specific actions. First of all we should point out past achievements. Its easier to base on past. We should consider past participants and stake holders. First of all we have to plan our promotion process properly. It has to be catchy and as good to make schools refer us to others. Secondly we have to plan an exact number of human resources working in this field. The huge goal needs great people. Last but not least is to plan this Q properly and track it from EB lvl. Thanks to tracking process and our experience we could avoid making mistakes. 15. Describe two crucial synergies that can work between OGX and other areas. OGX → Communications Its crucial to prepare perfect promotion for OGX. So that we could confirm and suceed our goals OGX → TM We should train people that are part of our outgoing exchange process. They have to be perfectly prepared for the trip to foreign country. TM could help in matching process and preparing right trainings.
