Unser 5.200 t Presse mit integriertem Manipulator für Stück­gewichte bis 40 Tonnen ist der Geburtsort des optimalen Vormaterials für Ihre Produkte.

Es sei denn es handelt sich um geschmiedete Stäbe und Halbzeug. Dann ist unsere neue Langschmiede-maschine der Entstehungsort für Stabstahl von bis zu 15 m Länge und Durchmessern bis zu 550 mm. Und das bei einem Stückgewicht von 8 Tonnen! Insider erkennen schon, dass wir mit diesen Daten wieder einmal eine weltweit einzigartige Fertigungslinie vorgelegt – und dabei die Dimen­sionen in diesem Bereich einmal mehr neu definiert haben.

Maximale Schmiedekraft von 2.000 Tonnen Leistungsstarke und schnelle Manipulatoren bewegen die Stäbe oder Blöcke während des Schmiedeprozesses zu höchster Qualität und Präzision. Die maximale Schmiedekraft endet erst bei 2.000 Tonnen.

2 Ofenlinien für doppelte Sicherheit und Qualität Damit Werkzeugstähle und Sonderwerkstoffe wie für die Öl­ und Gasindustrie mit dem jeweiligen exakten, produktions­notwendigen Temperaturverlauf produziert werden können, haben wir 2 getrennte Ofenlinien parallel im Betrieb. Unless of course you need forged bars and semi-finished products. Then our new rotary forging machine will be the source of bar steel you need up to a length of 15 m and diameters of up to 550 mm. All with a unit weight of 8 tons! Insiders already know that these facts and data mean that we have yet again set the benchmark all over the world with our one-of-a-kind production line: re-defining once more the dimensions of this field.

The Best Test Results

The BÖHLER testing laboratory has been accredited by the American performance review institute NADCAP to conduct tests for the zero tolerance field of aviation as well. This means that all of the mechanical-technological and metallographical tests carried out not only meet the simulated demands of reality but exceed them beyond expectations!
