Environmental Effects
With the beginning of environmental
sensitivity movement, green building conceptwas born. The concept of green or sustainablebuilding began with the environmentalpollution and the energy crisis (especiallyfossil fuel and oil crisis) fear in the 1970's. The
sustainable building movement anddevelopment based on the need for moreenergy efficiency and environmentallysensitive constructions.

Durability
With the correct choice of materials, buildings
can be constructed of adequate strength.
The basic construction material of buildings, cement, should be chosen carefully.
Besides the cement, auxiliary materials, such
as steels and filling materials, are also
important in construction. Depending on thetype of steel used, resistance to pressure
varies.

Economic Aspect Construction projects can suffer from financial
problems. Underbids ask for too little moneyto complete the project.
Cash flow problems exist when the presentamount of funding can not cover the currentcosts for labour and materials.
When the portions of a project arecompleted, while the logistical requirements
of having the right trades and materials Mistakes and major economical damages
can be prevented.

In Conclusion
Buildings should be contructed by thinking
two main areas; architectural design andmaterial selection, that contains economy, environment, ergonomy and durability . Withchoosing proper materials, buildings can bemore sensitive to environment, economic, sustainable and durable. Besides, ergonomy,
environmental sensitivity and cost-effect ofbuilding are developed with goodarchitectural design.
