CAP Duties

• Attend 10 conference call meetings a year or review recorded call

• Become the Collective Changes Ambassador for their sector to engage other corporations into partnership agreements (not CAP) to provide mentors and support for “just in time” education for women and youth

• Attend one annual meeting or international conference - TBD

• Take on a leadership position within their three year term

• Guide the organization to provide appropriate curricula for incoming participants relative to their business sector

• Keep the organization up to date on trends, new information and reports relative to their sector to be shared with participants

• Provide one in person or video interview about their job and the impact of mentoring to be used in mentoring recruitment
