The group started the meeting discussing and confirming the direction from the prior meeting. A programming summary was distributed. This meeting marked the end of Programming meetings. Legat will put together the Programming document for cost estimating. 2. An updated preliminary Kitchen/server plan was distributed for discussion. The overall plan is roughly 4,000 NSF. A few spaces need to be refined/added to align with the program. The overall shape will likely change to work with the site/dining/existing building design. a. The Servery will be refined to have a 2 sided salad station attached to the Bistro/coffee cart. b. The fryer will be moved to the Kitchen c. The dry storage, cooler, etc to be re-arranged to allow access to the service corridor at the top of the page. d. Bistro/Coffee Cart to have 2 cash registers, open air cooler (back-filled). e. Ross described the 4 food stations: Home Cooking, Tacqiera, Cucina and Spice. 3. Steve presented several options (A-F) which responded to site, elevation, and setback issues. Preliminary plans are attached to minutes. The overall areas are approximately 14,000 SF. As plans are fully developed the SF will be updated. a. Options C/D seemed unlikely with a connection to the LRC dock. b. Option E had a positive reaction with the development of an interior courtyard.

ITEMS DISCUSSED

1. The group started the meeting discussing and confirming the direction from the prior meeting. A programming summary was distributed. This meeting marked the end of Programming meetings. Legat will put together the Programming document for cost estimating.

2. An updated preliminary Kitchen/server plan was distributed for discussion. The overall plan is roughly 4,000 NSF. A few spaces need to be refined/added to align with the program. The overall shape will likely change to work with the site/dining/existing building design.

a. The Servery will be refined to have a 2 sided salad station attached to the Bistro/coffee cart. b. The fryer will be moved to the Kitchen c. The dry storage, cooler, etc to be re-arranged to allow access to the service corridor at the top of

c. Option A was discussed with the Bistro/Coffee Cart positioned as close as possible to the front entry/existing A/B Core.

4. Legat will look into SD layouts staying within the 11,000 NSF plus corridors, elevators, dock, mechanical, etc. The site verses basement deliveries will continue to be studied. This may result in a building area 14,000-15,000 GSF.
