Program OutlineThe Master of Enterprise consists of 12 subjects, comprising seven core enterprise subjects, two core innovati on subjects, two capstone subjects and one electi ve.

The course is designed to be completed in 1.5 years of study but may be taken over an extended ti me period.

Who Is It For?The program is designed for individuals with three or more years of professional experience, currently working in middle to senior management positi ons across a variety of sectors and industries.

Small class sizes facilitate the development of valuable relati onships with fellow students from a wide variety of industries.

Master of Enterprise —The Master of Enterprise creates skilled leaders, executi ves and general managers who can drive their organ-isati ons forward. This degree provides advanced knowledge in key functi onal and strategic business areas, enabling leaders to take their career, and their organisati on, to the next level.

Career Outcomes—Graduates of this program are likely to be employed in roles such as:

• CEO

• Managing Director

• General Manager

• Business Owner

AssessmentAssessment in core subjects includes a take home exam, an assignment and a workplace fi eld project.

All projects are applied by parti cipants to their real work environment to deliver immediate benefi ts to themselves andtheir organisati on.

Program Details All core subjects are off ered in intensive mode. Two subjects are taught in each intensive week.

Parti cipants can elect to complete either one or two subjects in each block.

The fi nal capstone project subject is taken over the course of one semester.

All subjects are taught at the University’s Parkville campus

Entry Requirements:• An undergraduate degree in a relevant discipline

• A minimum of 3 years of documented full ti me, relevant, professional work experience

Applicants must also be able to demonstrate the capacity to successfully undertake the program which may be at the discreti on of the Program Director.

Minimum entry requirements do not guarantee entry.

FeesProgram length is 150 credit points (12 x 12.5 point subjects)

Local Students:

$3,672 per 12.5 credit point subject.

Internati onal Students:

$4,556 per 12.5 credit point subject.

Fees quoted are 2015 fees only and are subject to an annual increase.

Electi ve Subjects

Students must complete one electi ve subject from the University’s graduate level off erings, approved by the program director as relevant to the innovati on interests of the student. Possible subject areas include: social entrepreneurship, biotechnology, informati on technology, sciences or engineering.

Innovati on and Entrepreneurship Project

This is a capstone subject and must be taken in the fi nal semester of study.

Each subject will also require students to att end an additi onal two group case analysis sessions, held from 6-9pm throughout the intensive week.
