Master-Nit IIRelax DryerThe Master-Nit Relax Dryer for tubular and open width fabrics is the right size for the right job.

The Master-Nit II is 3 passes and carries the fabric without tension between two belts on each

pass through the dryer. Each pass is active with heated air and nozzles. Maximum overfeeding

is accomplished by overfeeding at two locations. The infinitely incremental adjustment of

overfeed provides the Master-Nit II with maximum relaxation and drying at all points on the

dryer. The nozzle arrangement and angle provides the optimal tumbling-shrinking effect.

Fabric hand is softer and bulkier after the drying operation.

The dryer is easy to operate and maintain, too, because all the drives are controlled by inverters.

And depending on the configuration, you can achieve a production level of from 3 to 20 tons a day.

Master-Nit II Secadora RelajadoraLa Secadora Relajadora Master-Nit II para tejido tubular y abierto es del tamaño correcto para

el trabajo correcto. La secadora Master-Nit II es de 3 pasos y lleva la tela sin tensión entre dos

bandas en cada paso a través del secador. Cada paso está activo con aire caliente y toberas.

La máxima sobrealimentación se logra en dos puntos. El ajuste infinitamente incremental

de sobrealimentación le brinda a la Master-Nit II la posibilidad de dar a la tela la máxima

relajación y secado en todos los puntos de esta. La disposición de las toberas y su ángulo

proporcionan el efecto óptimo de secado a tambor-encogimiento. El toque de la tela es más

suave y voluminoso después de la operación de secado.

La secadora es fácil de operar y mantener, también porque todos los mandos son controlados

por inversores. Y dependiendo de la configuración, se puede lograr un nivel de

producción de 3 a 20 toneladas por día.
