Chapter 1About the BCM50 2.0 library

This chapter provides a list of all the documents that comprise the BCM50 2.0 documentation library. For each document, the audience, purpose of the guide, and the topics covered are listed to create an overview of the suite.

The BCM50 2.0 master index is a compilation of all the indexes in the BCM50 2.0 library. Each entry has a two-letter prefix for the book in which the entry occurs, followed by the page number. For example, CC-112 refers to page 112 of the Contact Center Set Up and Operation Guide. The following table provides a list of the document two-letter codes.

Note: If you are using Adobe Acrobat Reader, the index links may not open at the correct page. In Reader, select Edit > Preferences > General category, and clear the Open cross-document link in the same window check box.
