PRECISE CNC DIE-SINKING EDM AF SERIES

Precise CNC Die-sinking EDM AF50(A)/70(A) series is the upgrade products of the AF series. It adopts new graphical operating system and also have great improve-ment on the electrical and the mechanical systems,which is highly promoted on the aspects of speed,electrode consumption and mirror machining. The machine is equipped with remote-control-operation center,also adopts Touch Screen LCD Monitor 17”,which make the operation more convenient.

The machine adopts high rigidity and integrated structure which saves space and makes the installation and debugging more convenient.The C-type casting structure make the machine keep the long-term stability and precise.Owing to the fixed worktable,the weight of the workpiece and machining liquid has no effect on the machining process, which makes sure the ma-chining more stable. Meanwhile,the workpiece gets closer to the operator,it is easy to observe and align.The application of VLSI(very-large-scale-integration) circuit makes the discharge circuit powerful,reliable and durable.Fuzzy logic arithmetic optimizes the control of the discharging gap status, which ensure the higher processing efficiency and less loss of the electrode.Complete process parameter database makes sure the following materials processing smoothly：processing steel with cooper,processing aluminum with copper,processing hard alloy with copper,processing steel with graphite,processing hard alloy with tungsten-copper alloy and processing titanium alloy with graphite.The whole set of the technical parameter can be called by one code. During processing,it can be modified at real time,also,it can save the special parameter set by users and to be called in future. With WINDOWS XP platform,it will give you excellent operating experience.The machine is equipped with powerful numerical control function, which support the coordinate rotation,spatial 3D orbiting and sphercal orbiting.The machine adopts full-automatic-centralized-lubrication,AC servo drive and linear scale full-closed-loop control.The movement speed and the cutter lifting speed of the coordinate axis is faster. So the perfect speed can be realized when processing the com-plex-shaped surface mould such as deep groove and micro-groove.The machine is equipped with electromagnetic shielding cover and reserves the exhausting device interface which can be better for environmental protection.
