What does 2015 look like for Māori smokers?
•About 155,000 current Māori smokers.•77,500 to quit by 2015 - & no new smokers.•15,500 each year, for the next 5 years!
How are we going to awhi those smokers?

• Lets put the smoker at the heart of the matter.

• Address the barriers that Māori smokers may experience in receiving cessation support.
• Invest in the current Māori workforce.
• Train Māori to offer smoking cessation advice to their whānau, friends, colleagues and clients.
