    Maintain LIHEAPfunding at the level of $5.1 billion recognizing theimpact of the economy and high costs of all sources of energy onvulnerable households. Please help us maintain our caseloads, whichhave continued to increase with 134,691 families receiving benefits inFY 2010.

    Preserve the $612 million authorized for the TANF Contingency Fundfor FY 2012.
