Surface conditioning materials feature a three-dimensional distribution of grain within a cushioned nylon backing. They easily conform to irregular surfaces, create uniform finishes and resist loading during use. Popular uses include light edge deburring, surface preparation prior to coating, weld spatter, gasket cleaning, and removal of surface rust, paint and contaminates. Excellent on aluminum, stainless steel and carbon-based alloys.
