From the customer point of view: Puts customer at the heart of the travel proposition Seamless service, providing convenient and affordable access to opportunities Better than owning/using your private carAnd in so doing, it could help address key transport issues for public sector: Congestion Air pollution Social inclusion Raises activity levels of population Bolsters viability of public transport services
Positive feedback loop: insight into people’s travel habits so that services can be refined.

Total Transport – bring together the different transport services in an area into a portal / brokerage scheme
