Marti Janse van Rensburg Leadership Development
Marti’s background as a scientist has trained her to naturally look beyond the obvious. Her inclination is to question the norm and to encourage others to relook and unlearn their limiting beliefs and behaviours. As a result, her clients join her on a journey of thinking out of the box and re-‐examining paradigms. She is able to quickly cut through the noise to the real issues that need to be dealt with or resolved, saving her clients’ time and money by getting to what really matters. She sees depth and breadth, and has the ability to view the impact of actions within the broader system. This level of strategic ability is invaluable for those in a leadership position, ensuring that they examine all angles before making decisions and taking action. She passes on her ability to think, observe, process and analyse to others so that they develop the ability to operate at a higher cognitive level.
