will be free from defects in material and workmanship. Philips

Products will, at its option, repair or replace (not including installation)

the affected components of any defective product, repair or replace

(not including installation) the entire defective product, or refund the

then-current list price of that product. In all cases a reasonable time

must be allowed for warranty repairs to be completed.

Insulating Glass Warranty:

During the first 20 years of ownership by the original homeowner, the

insulating glass unit is warranted against failure of the hermetic seal

which results in a permanent obstruction of vision. If such failure

occurs during the first 20 years of ownership, the insulating glass unit

will be replaced (not including installation) at no charge. Should such

failure in an insulating glass unit occur after 20 years, the cost of

replacing the unit will be the responsibility of the homeowner.
