The Markets and Securities Services team is pleased to announce that new application features and enhancements will be
available to you on Monday, July 20, 2015.
Please note that the Order and Trade Manager projects will be implemented during the weekend of Saturday, July 25 and
available on Monday, July 27, 2015.
The July Consolidated Release will incorporate enhancements across our core applications including the following — Corporate Actions & Income, Custody Reporting, Market Guide and Order & Trade Manager.
Please be advised that while the Markets and Securities team makes every attempt to have consistent release content
throughout the release cycle, there may be internal or external factors that impact this and the release content is therefore
subject to change.

Citi’s web-based Corporate Actions and Income (CAIN) tool enables clients to view, manage and respond to corporate actions and income events quickly and easily.
What’s New? What’s the Impact?
New Corporate Action Event Codes
To align with DTCC Transformation and market standards, the Principal event or Principal and Interest event will no longer be displayed as PRII – Interest Payment with Principal. The new data model will display each event separately, Principal - Partial Redemption Without Reduction of Nominal Value and INTR - Interest event. In addition, the DECR (Decrease Value Reduction of a Single Share) event used to report capital distribution will be replaced by correct market event, CAPD – Capital Distribution.
Events announced on or after August 1, 2015 with a payment date on or after December 1, 2015 will be impacted by the new data model. Otherwise, events will continue to be reported as PRII and DECR.

Multiple Income and Exception Codes
CAIN will be enhanced to support the latest Income and Exemption Codes.
CAIN currently supports a single Exemption code for NRA taxes, but with the introduction of FATCA, CAIN will be enhanced to support a second exemption code for FATCA taxes.

Roll Back of DKNY Default
CitiDirect for Securities® Custody Reporting will support additional status codes with corresponding fail codes for related US market settlements.
Clients using CitiDirect for Securities® Custody Reporting can now benefit from greater reporting transparency through a new fail code available known as 'CANCELLED DUE TO SPLIT/PART SETTL'.

Global Event Calendar
Enhanced the Global Event Calendar feature used to publicize visits by Citi's Securities Country Managers / Market Specialists to clients in major cities around the world.
The new enhancements to the Global Event Calendar functionality allow for the coverage of events involving multiple markets and provides for improved client communication regarding multi-country events.
Global Holiday Calendar
Updated the Global Holiday Calendar feature used to keep clients informed about forthcoming business holidays across all 106 markets in Citi's global network.
The Global Holiday Calendar now features advanced search functionality which delivers more precise search results to clients.

Coverage of the West African Economic and Monetary Union (WAEMU)
Implemented automatic email subscriptions to Citi’s pan-WAEMU content such that clients subscribed to any of the markets comprising the bloc will automatically receive all pan-WAEMU content. WAEMU comprises the following 8 African markets:
Benin
Burkina Faso
Guinea-Bissau
Ivory Coast
Mali
Niger
Senegal
Togo * Available to clients based on their Market Guide entitlements.
Provides clients with improved access to market information, service information and risk analyses across the 8 WAEMU markets.

Order and Trade Manager (OTM) offers an integrated online platform for equities execution, fund order execution, settlement and safekeeping. It provides you with the ability to gain secure, flexible access to major markets, actively monitor trade progress throughout the complete life cycle in real time, and increase your straight through processing rates. The following enhancements are being introduced in this release:

What’s New? What’s the Impact?
3 Decimal Place Reporting for USMF
Citi USMF customers will now benefit from additional decimal place reporting on all USMF Funds.
OTM will receive daily reconciliation reports from FSTC for 3 decimal places rather than 2 as was previously reported. This means that reconciliation between the fund and customer will be more accurate and furthermore will ensure no residual holdings for customers holding to 3 decimal places.
Execution to Custody (E2C) Clone order expansion
Cloning orders for all E2C order types
The functionality that exists today to clone orders will be expanded to include all orders states. This function will be available to users in the order blotter.
BIN USMF per client logic Citi File Hub 69A message processing and File Reprocess for MT536
Citi File Hub will now include processing of 69A field and MT536 messages on behalf of Customers
This new requirement will expand the current functionality to include MT536 messages. The MT536 messages will be defined and parsed for display and further processing in Citi File Hub.

USMF Support for BIN calculation
USMF BIN calculation will be available through OTM along with enhancement to store BIN at a Fund Level
OTM will have the functionality to add the BIN calculation to the outbound order file from OTM. Customers of USMF will benefit from this enhanced functionality as Citi will be able to support the ability to save cash/cash and reinvest/reinvest dividend type accounts at fund Level by BIN. Reports will also display BIN for pending account opening reports.
