Join Local Networking Groups and Refer to other Members! - Chambers of Commerce - Parks and Rec departments - Lineage societies - BNI groups - Specific networking groups like womens groups - Public service organizations Kiwanis, Rotary Club - Be their industry expert! Dont hard sell them, show your value and build relationships - People buy from people they trust build trust first - Offer to give presentations as a public service - Dont just go to bridal shows. Think about community fairs, craft fairs or wine shows. Go where your target customers are but not all your competition is! 10. ASK for Referrals Follow up! Send a handwritten note with 3 of your business cards Incentivize clients to send referrals Add it to your signature line! Start your day making phone calls not sending emails!
