Mark Wnek has over 30 years of experience increative and strategic management. He hasheld high-ranking positions in some of theworld’s most successful agencies, and has
contributed to the turnaround of a number oforganizations.
Wnek has acted as the Chairman and Chief Creative Officerfor Lowe North America, Creative Partner at Euro RSCG Wnek
Gosper, Board Director at Ogilvy & Mather London, andDirector of Content for the UN Global Education Program. He
was also a columnist for The Independent, a major Britishnational newspaper, and is an active social/digital-era
cheerleader.
Though he started out in news media,Wnek quickly discovered his calling in
advertising. He showed a natural abilityfor the field, rapidly rising from a traineecopywriter with Ogilvy & Mather to the
organization’s youngest ever boarddirector (alongside Andrew Robertsonand Miles Young, the current Global
CEOs of BBDO and Ogilvy, respectively).

In his numerous leadership roles, Wnek has consistently demonstrated aunique ability to shake up the status quo. He helped take Euro RSCG
London from being the only ad agency with a zero star rating in the historyof Campaign magazine to becoming the publication's runner up for Agencyof the Year. During Wnek's tenure, Euro RSCG London was named the 12th
coolest company to work for by British newspaper The Guardian, newspaperand winner of the UK’s New Business League.

OF THE YEAR When Wnek joined Lowe North America as creative director in 2005, the
once-leading organization was known as something of an industry joke. Withtireless effort and innovation, Wnek helped make the agency leaner through
a major restructuring of management, the addition of channel-planningtools and incorporating award-winning digital talent. The result: In 2010,
Lowe was named ‘Comeback Agency of the Year’ by Advertising Age.

In addition to turnarounds, Mark Wnek’s copywriting work hasbeen widely recognized - in both the United States and the UK.
At the start of his career, he won the biggest pitch of thedecade in the United Kingdom for Guinness, a highly
competitive account that was sought after by every singleBritish agency. Also during his time, Wnek was awarded a
Cannes TV Grand Prix for his seminal blues-singer Heineken ad.
While spearheading creativecampaigns at Euro RSCG WnekGosper (now known as Havas
Worldwide), Wnek created the most-viewed TV spot on YouTube for
Microsoft MSN, with over 213,000,000views and counting.
