• New rent standard and revised rent formula to be implemented in April 2016

• Impact on BH – reduction in rent over next four years and 14.6% loss of rent in the business plan (£10M by year four)

• Plus other impacts eg welfare benefit reform

• New 30 yr business plan approved by lenders and sent to HCA by end of October

• Strategic review of priorities. Crucially continued commitment to this work

• But savings and efficiencies to be made
