Carr is sponsoring a neighborhood spring clean up event this weekend for residents of his neighborhood, Chestnut Run in York Township. Beginning on Friday, neighbors can bring any small or large items and throw them in the large dumpster that will be placed outside his home this weekend.     Mark is no stranger to thinking dierently than other Realtors. When he began his real estate career in 1994 at the age of 22, he was one of the first Realtors in the area to use bill-board advertising as a way to promote his business. His Mark Carr Sells Dallastown billboard was an instant success. It gave Carr an immediate presence in the Dal-lastown market where he originated his real estate ca-reer.

    Since the market is always changing, coming up with new ideas is so important to maintain your longevity in the business Carr says. I wanted to give something to my neighbors that they could actually use and see as an item of value to them he added. Im happy to let the other Realtors send recipes on how to make a killer apple pie! Im hoping this will be a success so I can then go outside my neighborhood and oer this service to other communities!.
