SCOPE OF SURVEY
The purpose of this survey is to determine the condition and value of the vesselPeterborough Constellation 250. This survey includes a signed, written reportof the surveyor’s observations, recommendations and opinions as to currentmarket value. This report can also be relied upon by insurance underwritersand lenders in making financial decisions.
Throughout the survey we have used the Standards set forth by the CanadianDepartment of Transportation, as well as the American Boat & Yacht Council(ABYC).
The survey of this vessel is based solely upon a careful visual inspection of allaccessible portions of its hull and equipment. This vessel was surveyed withoutremovals of any parts, including fittings, tacked carpet, screwed or nailedboards, anchors and chain, fixed partitions, instruments, clothing, spare parts, and miscellaneous materials in the bilges and lockers, or other fixed or semi-fixed items. Locked compartments or otherwise inaccessible areas would alsopreclude inspection. Further, no determination of stability characteristics orinherent structural integrity has been made and no opinion is expressed withrespect thereto.
Inspections are conducted in a thorough and professional manner with due careand diligence. No assurance can be made, however, that every deficiency will bediscovered. The facts as discovered and presented in this written report shouldnot be deemed a guarantee or warranty, either expressed or implied, for theboat, its machinery, or equipment. All observations are strictly in the nature ofopinion and may be subject to further qualification. No reference or informationshould be construed to indicate evaluation of the internal condition of theengine or the propulsion system's operating capacity.
Given today’s complicated marine systems, few surveyors can be consideredexperts in all matters. Qualified specialists should be consulted whencircumstances dictate.

This occurs when the pipe or the tail piece nipple is too short toallow for two adjacent clamps to secure the hose to the pipe end.

STATEMENT OF OVERALL VESSEL RATING OFCONDITION
The following is the accepted marine grading system of condition:
''Excellent (Bristol) Condition'', is a vessel that is maintained in mint orBristol fashion - usually better than factory new - loaded with extras - ararity.
''Above Average Condition'', is a vessel that has had above average careand is equipped with extra electrical and electronic gear.
''Average Condition'', is a vessel that is ready for sale requiring noadditional work and is properly equipped for her size.
''Fair Condition'', is a vessel that requires usual maintenance to preparefor sale.
''Poor Condition'', is a vessel that requires substantial yard work and isdevoid of extras.
''Restorable Condition'', enough of the vessel’s hull and engine exist torestore the boat to usable condition.
As a result of the investigation, and by virtue of experience, our opinion is
Overall Vessel Rating: Average.
