The term “Administration” shall mean the Tuvalu Ship Registry.
PURPOSE: The IMO MSC, at the 95th session, approved the subject guidance which draws together relevant guidance from seven earlier ECDIS circulars into a single document. The consolidated guidance (MSC.1/Circ.1503/Rev.1) is appended in this circular and ship owners, masters and deck officers on ECDIS-fitted vessels are encouraged to use this guidance to improve their understanding and facilitate safe and effective use of ECDIS.
