NORTHPLATFORM

1. ARRIVALAll personnel arriving on the Platform will report to the Muster Area for issue ofStation Cards bearing their Room Numbers and Names (N.B. all recipients shouldensure accuracy of personal details).Visitor and personnel who have not been on the platform within the past 6 monthswill be directed to the HSE Officer to receive Platform Safety induction.

2. MUSTER DUTIESCheck with HSE Officer to find out if you have special duties in case ofemergencies. Details of such duties assigned to individuals are set out in the the Emergency Procedures Manual.In particular, the following persons are responsible for the following tasks:

a) Closing of production wells OIM and Field production Supervisor

b) Closing of Drilling wells Drilling Supervisor and Drilling Crew

c) Closing of pipes carrying hydrocarbon or other flammable substances and the associated valves and vents

Field production Supervisor

d) Closing of Fire Doors All personnel should ensure doors arekept closed except when being used, open doors to be closed by person invicinity.

e) Stopping of machinery not related to drilling. (Machinery related to drilling would be responsibility of Drilling Supervisor and Drill Crew)

f) Extinction of fire Emergency Response Team

g) Preparation and launching of free fall lifeboat

3. FREE FALL LIFE BOAT(FFLB) STATIONThe FFLB station is indicated on the Station Card given to you on arrival.All persons should familiarise themselves with the location of the FFLBThe Plan attached shows the location of the FFLB and Liferafts.Detailed Plans showing all Lifesaving equipment and Fire fighting equipment arelocated throughout the platform.

4. LIFEJACKETSLifejackets are located near Liferafts and in the Muster Area. Familiarise yourself with the instructions for wearing the Lifejacket.

Upon hearing the General Platform Alarm all personnel shall stop all workand leave work site in a safe secure condition and proceed to the MusterStation.

6. PREPARE TO ABANDON PLATFORMUpon hearing the Prepare to Abandon Platform Alarm all personnel shallstop work and, leaving work site in a safe secure condition, proceed to thefree fall life boat(FFLB) Station (unless otherwise directed) wearing PPE's,and Lifejacket. If access to the FFLB is impossible then make your way to the nearest Liferaft available. DO NOT launch until ordered to abandon platform by the OIM.The Designated Muster Checker shall make a check of the Living Quartersto make sure all personnel are alerted and Quarters vacated.

7. PLATFORM ABANDONMENTFree fall life boat and Liferaft are to be launched ONLY at the OffshoreInstallation Managers Instruction.

8. FIREAnyone discovering a fire shall immediately:1. Operate a Manual Alarm Callpoint if available.2. Report conditions and location to the Control room TEL: ______. 3. Only attempt to fight the fire with available equipment if you will not endanger yourself or others.4. Evaluate situation to activate ESD push button if fire escalates to danger on process equipment.

9. MAN OVERBOARDIf you see a "Man Overboard" throw a Lifebuoy to him and shout "Man Overboard" Activate a Manual Alarm Callpoint. Point at him all thetime and get others to ring TEL: _____to start the rescue procedure. Keeppointing at the man to keep him in sight and TELL others to do the same.

10. DRILLSOnly persons specifically excused by OIM will not take part in drills(e.g.Drilling personnel during critical operations,). All persons on board shall participate in Muster Drills. On the sounding of the General alarm they shall report to the Muster Station suitably dressed. On sounding the Prepare To Abandon Platform Alarm reporting is as previously stated in Section 6.

11. PROTECTIVE CLOTHING AND EQUIPMENTOutside the Accomodation Module all personnel will wear approved safetyglasses, safety helmets and safety boots and coveralls.In addition extra approved safety equipment may be specified in certainareas for certain tasks by your supervisor or the HSE Officer.

12. SMOKINGThe platform is a NO-SMOKING AREA with the exception of those areasdesignated smoking areas by the offshore installation Manager.

13. ADDITIONAL INFORMATIONif you require further information you should contact your Supervisor.
