Customs regulations Customs regulations of the Republic of Croatia are

almost entirely harmonised with EU standards and regulations, but the value of those non-commercial items that are brought into the country for personal use and are exempt from tax duty or PDV (VAT), is limited to only 1.000,00 HRK (kuna).

Foreign and local currency and cheques may be freely taken in and out of the country by both foreign and Croatian citizens resident abroad, but transfers of an amount exceeding 10,000 Euros must be declared to a customs offi cial.

Valuable professional equipment and other techni-cal devices must also be declared to a customs of-fi cial at the border crossing.

VAT is refunded to persons who do not have per-manent or temporary residence in Croatia, for indi-vidual goods purchased in Croatia, for amounts in excess of 740.00 HRK (Kuna), upon the presenta-tion of a Tax Cheque form verifi ed by a customs offi cial during the export of purchased goods, at the latest 3 months from the day of purchase. Currency Kuna (1 kuna = 100 lipa). Foreign currency can be

exchanged in banks, exchange offices, post offices, travel agencies and hotels.

Post and telecommunications Post offices are open from 7 a.m. to 7 p.m. on

weekdays, in smaller centres from 7 a.m. until 2 p.m.; some offices work a split shift. In larger towns and tourist centres, duty post offices are open on Saturdays and Sundays.

Phone cards are used in all public telephones and may be purchased from post offi ces and from newspaper kiosks. International calls may be made directly from any public telephone. www.posta.hr

Shops and public services working hours During the tourist season, most shops are open

from 8 a.m. until 8 p.m. on weekdays, and many of them are also open during the weekend. Public services and business offices work from 8 a.m. un-til 4 p.m., Monday to Friday.

Health services There are hospitals and clinics located in all the

larger towns and cities; smaller towns have dispen-saries and pharmacies.

Foreign visitors who are covered by health insur-ance in their own country are not obliged to pay for emergency medical services during a private stay in the Republic of Croatia if a convention on Social Security has been signed between Croatia and the visitors country of origin, i.e. if they have in their possession a certifi cate stipulated by such a conven-tion confi rming their right to health care. Health care (including transport) is used for emergency cases in

the manner and according to regulations valid for Croatian citizens covered by Social Security, with identical participation in health care costs (contribu-tions). Persons coming from countries with which no such convention has been signed, or where the convention doesnt cover the use of health care, shall personally bear the costs of health services rendered.

Types of Ports for Nautical Tourism In accordance with the Regulations governing the

Classification and Categorisation of Ports for Nau-tical Tourism in the Republic of Croatia, these are classified as: anchorage, mooring, dry storage ma-rinas and marinas.

Ports for nautical tourism are classified per type, according to the type of services rendered, and on the basis of which berths are charged accordingly.

Categories of ports for nautical tourism of the Ma-rina type are symbolized by 2, 3, 4 and 5 anchors.

Prices For all additional explanations and detailed infor-

mation about prices, valid commercial conditions,

and the availability of the services provided by indi-vidual marinas, please contact the marinas directly.

Due to the tabular nature of the price list, it is not possible to excerpt all details and particulari-ties for individual types of berth services, and it is therefore recommended to refer to the price lists of individual marinas for additional charges to the base berth costs, such as those relating to water and electricity. This recommendation extends to the conditions of use of boat lifting and other services.

In the Republic of Croatia, the price of an annual berth for charter vessels is 10-20% higher than the stated price.

In most marinas the service of a monthly berth is offered under special conditions, both in the sum-mer season and in the winter period.

Some marinas do not provide a monthly berth serv-ice during the months of July and August.

Individual marinas approve certain discounts for their services based on a long-term stay in the mari-na, or on the basis of cooperation with major sports clubs or associations. All relevant information may be obtained from the marinas directly.

Certain marinas can accommodate mega yachts, with advance notification.

Most marinas charge an administrative fee of 40-60 for those with annual berth contracts.

Marinas reserve the right to charge for other legally allowable fees.

Each marina reserves the right to change its prices.

Auslndische Touristen, die in ihrem Land, mit dem Kroatien ein Abkommen ber Sozialversiche-rungsleistungen abgeschlossen hat, krankenpfl icht-versichert sind, zahlen nicht, wenn sie whrend ihres Aufenthaltes in der Republik Kroatien den medizinischen Notfalldienst in Anspruch nehmen mssen und eine vertraglich vorgesehene Bestti-gung ber einen Krankenversicherungsanspruch

vorlegen knnen. Der Krankenversicherungsan-spruch (einschlielich Transport) gilt in der Weise und nach den Vorschriften fr Notflle, wie sie fr kroatische Versicherte gelten, wobei sich der aus-lndische Patient in gleicher Weise an den Gesund-heitsschutzkosten (Selbstbeteiligung) zu beteiligen hat. Klassifizierung und Kategorisierung gibt es in der Republik Kroatien folgende Hafenarten des nau-tischen Tourismus: Ankerplatz, Abstellplatz fr Wasserfahrzeuge, Trockenmarina, Marina

Hfen des nautischen Tourismus werden je nach Dienstleistungsart klassifiziert und aufgrund des-sen die Liegeplatzgebhr berechnet.

Informationen ber Preise und geltende kommer-

zielle Bedingungen sowie ber die Verfgbarkeit der angebotenen Dienstleistungen in den einzel-nen Marinas erhalten Sie direkt in der Marina.

Wegen der tabellarischen Darstellung der Preis-liste ist es nicht mglich, alle Einzelheiten und Besonderheiten der jeweiligen Dienstleistungs-art hervorzuheben; deshalb wird empfohlen, auf die Preise der einzelnen Marinas bezglich der zu zahlenden Entgelte aufgrund des Liegeplatz-preises zu achten, wie beispielsweise zustzliche Zahlungen fr Strom und Wasser. Die Empfeh-lung bezieht sich auch auf die Nutzungsbedingun-gen fr Krne sowie auf andere Dienstleistungen.

In der Republik Kroatien ist der Jahresliegeplatz-preis fr Charterttigkeit ausbende Wasserfahr-zeuge 10-20 % hher als die angefhrten Preise.

In den meisten Marinas wird die Dienstleistung des Monatsliegeplatzes sowohl in der Sommersaison als auch in der Winterzeit zu Sonderbedingungen angeboten.

Einige Marinas bieten in den Monaten Juli und Au-gust keine Monatsliegeplatzdienstleistung an.

Einzelne Marinas gewhren aufgrund langjhrigen Aufenthalts in der Marina oder aufgrund der Zu-sammenarbeit mit wichtigen Sportklubs oder Ver-einen einen gewissen Nachlass auf die Dienstleis-tungen. Informationen darber erhlt man direkt in den Marinas.

Bestimmte Marinas haben die Mglichkeit, bei vorheriger Anmeldung Megajachten aufzunehmen.

Die meisten Marinas berechnen fr Jahresliegeplt-ze Verwaltungsgebhren in Hhe von 40-60 EUR.

Die Marinas behalten sich das Recht vor, sonstige gesetzlich vorgeschriebene Entgelte in Rechnung zu stellen.

Aufenthaltsgebhr Alle Nautiker Eigner von privaten Wasserfahr-

I servizi forniti dal servizio sanitario nazionale di cui abbiano usufruito persone provenienti da paesi con i quali non stata fi rmata alcuna convenzione, do-vranno essere pagati personalmente dagli assistiti secondo le tariffe in vigore.

Classifi cazione delle infrastrutture per la nautica da diporto La classifi cazione delle infrastrutture per la nautica

da diporto vigente nella Repubblica di Croazia pre-vede le seguenti categorie: portualit turistica (ma-rina con posti barca in mare e posti barca a terra), ancoraggi ed approdi.

I porticcioli/marina per la nautica da diporto vengo-no suddivisi in categorie a seconda del tipo di servi-zio offerto, ed in base ad esso viene determinato il prezzo dellormeggio.

Le categorie dei porti del turismo nautico di tipo Marina sono contrassegnati con ancore: 2,3,4 e 5 ancore.

Prezzi Per informazioni pi dettagliate relative ai prezzi

ed alle condizioni commerciali vigenti, nonch sul-la disponibilit dei servizi offerti da ogni singolo marina, necessario rivolgersi direttamente al ma-rina prescelto.

Visto che il listino prezzi dato nella tabella, non risulta possibile fornire tutte le particolarit relative ai servizi di un singolo ormeggio per cui si consiglia di consultare i listini prezzi delle singole marine e i prezzi aggiuntivi che si aggiungono al prezzo di base dellormeggio. Tali prezzi si riferiscono al consumo della corrente elettrica e dellacqua. Questo vale an-che per le condizioni dellutilizzo della gru per bar-che e agli altri servizi, nonch allofferta aggiuntiva.

Nella maggior parte dei marina della Repubblica di Croazia, il canone dormeggio fi sso (annuo) per le unit da diporto charter maggiorato del 10-20% rispetto ai prezzi pubblicati.

In gran parte dei marina il servizio di ormeggio mensile si offre sotto condizioni particolari nel pe-riodo estivo ed invernale.

Alcuni marina non danno la possibilit di ormeggio mensile nei mesi di luglio ed agosto

Alcuni marina concedono determinati sconti sui prezzi dei propri servizi in ragione della fedelt del diportista, che da anni ormeggia la propria unit in quel marina, oppure in base a convenzioni con associazioni o circoli sportivi. Per ulteriori infor-mazioni rivolgersi direttamente ai marina.

Alcuni marina possono ospitare mega yatch previa richiesta.

La maggior parte dei marina richiede ai titolari di contratti dormeggio annuale il pagamento di un importo di 40-60,00 euro. Questimporto compren-de le tasse amministrative per limportazione tem-poranea dellunit da diporto.

I marina si riservano il diritto di far pagare tutti gli altri compensi previsti dalla legge.

Ogni marina si riserva il diritto di modifi care i propri prezzi.

Tassa di soggiorno Tutti i diportisti proprietari di unit da diporto e/o

gli utenti charter devono pagare la tassa di sog-giorno per la loro permanenza nella Repubblica di Croazia ai sensi della legge croata (www.mint.hr).

Dispositions douanires La rglementation douanire de la Rpublique

de Croatie est conforme aux normes des pays de lUnion europenne. Limportation dobjets de na-ture non commerciale destins un usage priv et dune valeur infrieure 1.000,00 kunas nest pas assujettie au paiement des droits de douane ou de la TVA.

Les entres et sorties de devises locales ou tran-gres (en espces ou en chque) sont libres pour les trangers et les Croates rsidant ltranger. Toutefois, tout montant suprieur 10.000 doit obligatoirement tre dclar la douane.

Le matriel et les appareils professionnels de va-leur doivent galement tre dclars en douane lors du passage de la frontire.

Les personnes physiques qui ne possdent pas de permis de sjour ou de rsidence, temporaire ou d-fi nitif, en Croatie, ont droit au remboursement de la TVA croate sur la marchandise achete en Croatie si la valeur de celle-ci sur une seule facture est su-prieure 740 kunas, condition de faire valider le formulaire PDV-P ou Tax cheque auprs du douanier lors de la sortie vers ltranger de la mar-chandise achete dans un dlai de 3 mois compter de la date dachat. Horaires douverture des magasins et des services publics La plupart des magasins sont ouverts du lundi au

vendredi de 8h00 20h00, le samedi de 8h00 14h00 (ou plus tard) et le dimanche en saison. Les administrations et les entreprises publiques sont ouvertes de 8h00 16h00 du lundi au vendredi.

Services mdicaux Les grandes villes sont dotes dhpitaux et de

cliniques, les petites villes de dispensaires et de pharmacies.

Les touristes trangers ne paient pas les frais des soins mdicaux si une convention sur les soins de sant a t signe entre la Croatie et le pays dont ils sont ressortissants. Les ressortissants des pays avec lesquels cette convention na pas t signe doivent payer les frais des soins mdicaux au tarif en vigueur.

Le transport mdical durgence, par hlicoptre ou par hydroglisseur, est assur en cas de danger pour la vie des patients.

Types daccueil pour les navires de plaisance Conformment la catgorisation en vigueur en

Rpublique de Croatie, on distingue quatre types daccueil pour les navires de plaisance : mouillages, amarrages, marinas sec, marinas.

Les tarifs sont lis cette catgorisation, qui est fonde sur le type de services fournis.

La catgorie des ports de tourisme nautique de type marina est indique par des encres et ce, avec 2, 3, 4 ou 5 encres.

formations plus dtailles sur les prestations, tarifs, disponibilits et les rgles commerciales en vi-gueur, sadresser directement la marina concer-ne.

Etant donn la prsentation des tarifs en tableau, il est impossible de dcrire toutes les spcifi cits

et particularits de chacun des types de service damarrage. Il est donc conseill de consulter les tarifs de chacune des marinas pour connatre les supplments qui doivent tre pays en plus du prix de base des amarrages, tels que les supplments pour llectricit et leau. Cette recommandation se rapporte galement aux conditions dutilisation du service de grue ainsi quaux autres services et offres complmentaires.

Dans la plupart des marinas en Rpublique de Croatie, les tarifs de location annuelle de poste pour une activit commerciale lie la plaisance sont suprieurs de 10-20% aux tarifs habituels.

Dans la plupart des marinas, un service mensuel damarrage est propos des conditions particu-lires, aussi bien en saison quen priode hivernale.

Certaines marinas ne proposent aucun service men-suel damarrage durant les mois de juillet et aot.

Certaines marinas font bnfi cier leurs clients fi -dles dune remise spciale, sur la base dun renou-vellement rgulier du contrat dabonnement annuel ou dun contrat de coopration avec des grands clubs et associations sportives. Des informations complmentaires peuvent tre obtenues sur place.

Certaines marinas offrent la possibilit damarrer des megayachts, sous rserve den informer la ma-rina au pralable.

Dans la plupart des marinas, les usagers du service de location annuelle de poste paient galement la taxe administrative, dont le montant est de 40 60 euros. Ce montant couvre lensemble des frais ad-ministratifs de limportation temporaire du navire de plaisance.

Les marinas se rservent le droit de facturer les autres taxes prescrites par la loi.
