Easy Recipes to make with the kids!

Marie Biscuit Chocolate Balls

Ingredients 1 pkt Marie biscuits, crushed 1 Cup shredded coconut 2 Tablespoons cocoa 1 can sweetened condensed milk Extra coconut for rolling Method Mix all ingredients in a bowl and roll into small ball shape. Roll balls in extra coconut or chocolate sprinkles. Place in fridge to chill. Apricot & Coconut Bites

Ingredients 200 g dried apricots 3/4 cup white chocolate chips 200 g sweetened condensed milk 1 cup desiccated coconut plus extra for rolling Method Chop dried apricots & white chocolate into small pieces. Add the white chocolate chips, condensed milk and coconut into a bowl and mix together until completely combined. The mixture should easily roll into tablespoon-sized balls (wet your hands first to make this easier). If the mixture is slightly too soft, add a little more coconut. Roll the balls in the extra coconut. Store in an airtight container in the fridge.

Yummy!
