Introduction to Adobe Connect Web Casting

• Adobe Connect allows instructors to conduct this certification course over the Internet through the use of slides, web co-browsing, application demonstration and application sharing.

• Your will be able to communicate with the instructor through text messaging or by requesting the microphone.

• Voice communication is Voice Over Internet Protocol, so there is a slight delay.

• You will need to have a VoIP headsetto plug into your computer.(This is different than your telephoneheadset for your client calls.)
